old bunday - 1970's

Is there a source for replacement resonite sections? My wifes old Bundy is broken at the joint between the lower section and the bell. Ive looked on e-bay for a junk one that I could strip the keys off of and use with her keys, no luck

I did this on an old bundy but had to end up using a dremel to extend clearance for the needle spring stops. and then the pads had to be reset. Really was not worth the trouble.

Honestly in my opinion it give a good reason to upgrade.

The best place to find a junker Bundy is ShopGoodwill, http://www.shopgoodwill.com/search/SearchKey.asp?itemTitle=clarinet&catid=0&sellerID=all&closed=no&minPrice=&maxPrice=&sortBy=itemEndTime&SortOrder=a&showthumbs=on.

The sellers, particularly of student instruments, know less than eBay sellers, and the prices are rock-bottom.

Get a new old Bundy and use the old old Bundy for spare parts.....

After all, even Al Bundy has bad joints...
