Anyone ever heard from this MP ? There is only a modelnumber on it
"WS-B 18-110". I just bought it with a Buffet E11.
It sounds and looks familiar but can't find anything on the web.
Any information would be appreciated.

I have the exact same mouthpiece and it has been sitting on the shelf in my studio for about 10 years.
The 110 number is obviously the tip opening and the 18 is the facing length.

I looked but didn't find a WM mp facing description on an old mp chart published in several brochures. Yours may be a "short but open tip ", hopefully a "sweet playeing" mp . Don
Thanx, Mark, Don

Thanks Don, but I don't think its a very old MP. It has very little discoloration.
It plays easely (I'm not very skilled) and has an open, clear sound. The engraving from the model# is very deep. Could this be a german MP (Schreiber i.e.) ?

Perhaps W.S is "W.S. Sumner", a well-known mouthpiece maker? (Apparently still in business: http://acousticut.com/index.html)
