They call the harp-like thingie a "lyre" which indicates a slightly more open tip than the corresponding alphanumeric designation.
OK, sounds like an ok jazz setup.

I make and sell barrels, including what I call a Jazz bore barrel, but these are typically paired with a wider bore clarinet than the R13. (Selmer Centered Tone, older Conn, etc)
