Hello
I hope someone can help me out with this. I pulled out my set of parts to the Beethoven Septet that I aquired at an Oberlin score sell and noticed for the first time something interesting. It had a Gustave Langenus stamp on it, which I payed little mind to however it also had a handwritten note saying:
"Gift- Alan Langenus 10-1958 " and another word I can't read. I was curious if anyone knew if Gustave Langenus had a son named Alan.
The parts had never made it into the stacks at Oberlin and are expertly marked up. I am now curious if the parts could have been edited by Mr. Langenus.
Thanks for any help.
