I'm still in the process of restoring my clarinet as was wondering if any clarinet parts (keys & assemblies) are similar enough to use to replace the same ones on this clarinet. I was thinking of buying one that (of another make) and replace the keys that I need with those.
Will this work or do I need to find the same make & model?

your best bet would be another horn of the same make & model and be prepared to do some work to make parts fit. In general clarinet hardware is often irritatingly non-interchangeable even on the same models.

Thanks,
I feel at this time , that repairs would be too extensive. So I'll keep it as a museum piece and not attempt any restoration.
