Hello all -
I have several 5th grade students that are interested in beginning an instrument next year. One advantage to youtube is that I can show them wonderful demonstrations of instruments as a means to assist them in making a choice.
What would you recommend on youtube as a good clarinet sample(s) to show 10 year old students? If possible, I'd love to show them two samples - something rapid and technical, as well as something slow and lyrical.
Thank you for your recommendations!

this is benjamin brittens young persons guide to the orchestra. not sure if the link will work. as they play a song it features each instrument section.
also, peter and the wolf is great for demonstrating different instruments.

Eddie Daniels and Bernard Berkhout playing Avalon. I love this video! Shows how fun clarinet can be. Not to mention how fun playing duets with friends can be!
