I think they're available at most music stores in urban areas. I bought mine at a medium-sized mom-and-pop store in Northern Virginia, near Washington, D.C.

WW&BW sells the Giggliotti Silk Swab which is a dynamite looking Black 100%Silk Double-Ended Swab replete with Anthony Gigliotti's Signatrure in White Script throughout. Double-weighted at either end to avoid getting stuck. Its a larger silk swab than most (including Ann's which I own in several varieities & colors)
Better news: WW&BW sells 'em for $17.95. Other purveyors have sold them as high as $40.00 during ClarinetFest @ Norman, OK.

Chuck Levin's Washington Music Center in Wheaton, Md. also has them, including some dynamic purple ones for bass clarinet.
