I have been talking to Mark lately and he is willing to allow a klezmer bulletin board on Sneezy. Mark usually takes the time once or more each day to look at all of the postings, and edit them if need be. As he already has his hands full, he would be unable to do this for another BB. What is needed are two or more people to help read the postings on a klezmer BB, and "police" it should the need arise. Basically, a couple people to watch out for flaming and advertisements. If you would normally check such a board once a day, perhaps you could help me out, here. Such a board probably wouldn't get as much traffic as the main board, so it should be easier to maintain. Frankly, the Delphi format is rather difficult to use and access, whereas Sneezy is a much better environment. A klezmer BB on Sneezy would be in the same style and tradition as the main BB. If you would be interested in being an assistant, please let me know by replying to this message or emailing me. Assistants would not need to have a great deal of knowledge of klezmer or clarinet, just somebody who could check on it every now and then. I simply can't make it happen without your support.
