Yeah, first you purchase an R13 then send it off to someone to bring it to proper playing condition, buy a usable barrel, and you can easily add 600 to 800 dollars to the total price... No thanks.
Oh, BTW, Yamaha has a 5 year crack warranty... FIVE...
