Simiple question, and posted it in my post about Normandy 7, but I was curious for a first time beginner, what size reed should I go buy? I've read anything from 2, to 2.5 to 3?

Any Opinion?

What mouthpiece are you using? There are more resistant mouthpieces that require softer reeds, and there are also less resistant mouthpieces that require harder reeds.

I would recommend at least a 2.5 to start with, unless your mouthpiece is extremely resistant.
