I wanted to buy a new clarinet, but couldn't come up with the 600+ for it. She was a really nice lady and she obviously was not worried about money, she said she is selling it because she doesn't play anymore, has strictly moved to the sax. I'm going to take it into the shop tomorrow and probably have them clean it and all. Does anyone know the history behind the normandy 7? I have googled all 127 hits, and I can't find anything. Also, I was curious what size reed I should start with? 2.5? or 3? It came with a Yamaha Y-12 mouth piece. Thanks
