Check out F. Geoffrey Rendall's book, "The Clarinet." Also as I understand it, the Hayne's silver flute is a very valuable collector's item.

The Haynes 2W Clarinet would appear to be a (very) valuable collector's item these days. Few were made, & the present owners that are very proud of them. Prices for a Haynes in exc. working order approach $4,000 & more. I have seen listngs @ $5,000 in the last 12 months. Charles Fail has one for sale on their website, under "new items". Good luck. Sorry I didn'ty have more to offer in the way of info. mw

Harry -
The Haynes clarinet was based on a 1930s or 40s Selmer model and has the same playing characteristics. When I played one a few years ago, I found that the left hand little finger keys were too short for comfort, but then my little fingers are short.
There is a collector in, I believe, Michigan, who has a bunch of them.
I believe there were several hundred made -- perhaps 1000 -- certainly more than 50.
Haynes clarinets come up on eBay from time to time, always going for several hundred dollars and sometimes close to $1000. If you want to sell yours, let me know.
Best regards.
