 Klemmer Bro clarinet

I have a very old wooden (rosewood?) clarinet with the name "Klemmer Bro, Phila" on it. Is anyone familiar with this company? I am trying to determine whether I have something valuable ot just another old piesce of junk. To me, it appears exquisite, it was found in my grandmother's attic, without a case..
