Yup. Some good local and regional orchestras in the Washington D.C. - Baltimore corridor have had to cancel or shorten their seasons this year. I notice that even the healthier music groups, such as the Fairfax Symphony (where Jon Manasse will play the Mozart clarinet concerto early this fall, btw), have programmed safer, more traditional repertory than usual (nothing to frighten away the audience) and seem to be offering more discounts on tickets.
