Yes. Try your Bb mouthpiece. :)

What C clarinet is it then? Modern specimen usually work fine with a Bb mouthpiece, older ones might require something different.

I just play my Bb mouthpiece on my C. When you have a quick switch from A or Bb to C, it's easier to not have to worry about whether the reed is wet, or how the reed/mouthpiece combination feels compared to your regular set-up. If you're unhappy with the sound and/or pitch of your C, you can experiment with barrels.

I use my Bb mpc on my Forte C.
However, I believe Ben Redwine makes a specific C mouthpiece for it which might suit your needs.
If your problem is intonation, check the instrument, or do what Chris said.
Consider a tuning ring if there is a gap between the tenon and the mouthpiece or barrel.

I also use my Bb on my Buffet E-11 C clarinet and it works quite well. Intonation is good and I've been told my sound is very good. However, I do know that Walter Grabner makes a mouthpiece specifically for the C. Haven't tried it so I can't comment.

I agree about the reed problem with the switch--but then, there is always Legere or the new Forstones.

I know that Walter Grabner has a C Clarinet mouthpiece available. Have found it very useful on the Leblanc instruments, also on the E11 C.

He has a good many mouthpieces on offer!

Different C clarinet mouthpieces can vary like any mouthpiece, but I have one. I can't use it because it's too flat so I use my Bb clarinet mouthpiece. For the ones I have/use (C and Bb mouthpieces) the difference in pitch is very obvious. Just playing the mouthpieces alone, the note for the C mouthpiece is considerably flatter when blowing the same. Other C mouthpieces might not have this problem of course.
