 Bass mouthpiece

I have come across a George Bundy #3 hard rubber mpc for bass clarinet that plays surprisingly well. As my measuring tools have mysteriously disappeared I wonder if anyone knows the specs ? Thanks in advance.

The specs probably vary all over the map. At least, the Bundy 3s I've worked with varied significantly from each other (no surprise, this is typical of a mass-produced mouthpiece). If nothing else, the older hard rubber Bundys make good blanks for refacing, as the internal dimensions and material are very good.

I'll vouch for Dave's thots on the venerable B 3's, close to the Selmer C*'s?. He refaced a couple I had inherited along with my 2 Pomarico GG's, and they are nearly as good players as the GG's, perhaps the "feeling" of expensive glass makes me prefer it. Highly SUBjective, Don

Thanx, Mark, Don
