Pretty tough bass excerpts for high school, MUCH more difficult than the Bb ones! I've seen that on major orchestral audition lists, ditto the ones for Eefer. Interesting list.

Check out this site:
http://imslp.org/wiki/Category:Composers
The library there expands all the time. All is in public domain. In some cases the scores are wonderfully scanned and in some pieces the clarinet orchestral parts are included.
not exactly orchestral excerpts but you can always get out the part you are looking for if you need more coverage.
Cheers,
Erez

I'm curious about the warnings that some of the bass clarinet excerpts are for the A instrument. Are prospective auditioners expected to transpose the parts for their audition? Or is it a caution that the winners will be expected to have this instrument when they show up to play?

I think they expect you to transpose. My understanding was that the Bass Clarinet in A is generally considered obsolete. I don't think Buffet even makes one, for instance.

As a side note, NYOC typically has older winds- early to mid 20s is the average age from what I've seen. Daphnis was on the regular clarinet list a few years ago, and even that didn't weed out some HSers before the audition!
