Hi Folks,
I have searched the web for hours now and cannot find a simple unlabeled diagram of the piano keyboard which I can download on to a Word file. There are heaps of tutorial sites and clipart sites, but none are able to offer just the very basic of diagrams.
I was wondering if anyone out there might be able to help?
Thanks in anticipation.

What? First, this is a clarinet board. Second, the "diagram" you speak of would just be a picture, not a "word" file. MSWord is for text. You can insert a picture, but I don't think you know exactly what you want.

Thanks Snowy - I googled as you say, and came up with the same site. I wanted to copy and paste but it would not allow (copyright eh?) - maybe it's because I have a Mac?
Geirskogel - thank you for your reminder about it being a clarinet BB, I do however use the piano to teach myself clarinet.
Being self taught and also being a fairly passable jazz player(blush blush), I use concert pitch to name the clarinet notes (it's standard practice for us folk), hence I have the need for the piano keyboard layout for a project I have in mind. I know exactly what I want and that is to insert a picture in a Word file.....as you rightly have observed.
Thanks anyway - I guess I'll do it the old fashioned way and hand draw a diagram and stick it in a book.

Ned........... You can just bang a jpeg picture into a Word file, but if you want a bit more control over it's size and position and add text, then insert a text box (there are different ways to do this.. like Insert/text box/ left click on page/ stretch to a suitable size)
Then make sure that the cursor is flashing in the box, and Insert/ Picture/from File, and that should do it.
You can then fiddle with the position, size and print words around the page, ........ any probs, then put your words in individual text boxes, and you can do what you like with them.
I use this system all the time for sending plans, maps and photos.
Word is much more than just a word processor............. H&P

Difficult. The distortions are significant.

Macs can copy and paste just fine...
And I don't think people care about copyright of a piano keyboard.
Is something like this what you want? I found it in 3 seconds on Google.
http://www.zeroland.co.nz/piano_keyboard.JPG
If it is, right click and then select "Copy Image" or "Save Image As" depending on what you want. If you click copy, then you can go into word and click "Paste."
Easy enough for you?

Thanks all - I have had a look at your suggestions. Susieray's JPG worked the easiest and I now have what I need.
