I've been looking for a while for spare bundy bass parts, mainly to do with the floor peg.
I've heard Ferree's tools mentioned a few times and I went on their website. Sure enough, I found all 5 parts I needed for the same price as a single part from another website. However it is not made clear on the website how the system works. Is registration required? Do I have to be part of a repair business? Is there a minimum order?
All I want is to buy these one-off parts!
Thank you for your time,
Matthew.

call ferree's , they'll sell you the parts you want.
their web site, like their printed catalog, is stuck in the past - the printed catalog looks like something from the 1950's - but they're nice folks and will fix you up if you give them a call

There is an email address shown somewhere on the site - I've had questions answered by email more than once. If you're sure of what you need, phoning will of course be quicker.

unlike some tool makers, you don't need to be a member of anything special to buy from them.
Just call and order.

As a small customer, I've had excellent experiences with Ferree's. I place orders via FAX to reduce the chance of a mixup (in a parts number or number of items wanted, for instance) that might happen when placing an order over the phone. Ferree's is an old-fashioned family business where the employees know their stock, know what they're doing and care about getting things right.

I've been ordering regularly from Ferree's (by phone) for years, never had a problem. Wonderful folks.

FWIW I ordered a floor peg (thanks for the pointer, Matthew!) from Ferree's last week; it arrived six days later, (and that was an overseas shipping!) - for a very reasonable shipping fee.
Windcraft had the same item indeed, but for roughly double the price.

Made my order a week ago and they confirmed they received, although I haven't heard anything since nor received an invoice.
I sent another email today. I hope everythings alright.
edit - 10 minutes later and they sent my shipping track number! Fantastic!
