This guy has some serious chops!!!!
By the way, it is also telling of the clarinet, at this speed if the action isn't right, it probably wouldn't sound like this

Julian has used this show bit previously before some young musicans in Scotland. His circular breathing is really flawless.
An oddity...no one, asolutely no one is paying attention to him and the fat guy next to him is plainly annoyed by Julian's playing!

What's amazing to me is not only is he playing it a light speed but it so even and effortless. He is totally relaxed. Of course, if you've seen any of the Youtube videos of him at 8 and 10 years old, it's no wonder he is this good at 19.

I'm actually the one who posted the video. I was there when he did this. He was demonstrating his line of leblanc clarinets which seem to be really good. I actually felt sorry for him Morrie Backun had him running all over the place and doing all sorts of stuff...in fact he looked a little annoyed by it.
It's humbling to see and hear someone like Julian accomplish so much at his age.
Funny side note.
There was some college kid there who was trying to one-up Julian. I was thinking "is this kid for real?"
