It is sponsored by one of the NAPBIRT members as an extention of the Techni-Com periodical (Bob Baier). It is a private list and I think on has to be a NAPBIRT member to get on....I'm not for sure. You could try logging on and see. http://www.delphi.com/bandrepair.
