I have inhereted a wooden barell with the following markings on it:
The letter B then below it 2 mm. S
There is no brand name on this.
Would this barell be suited with the following:
Leblanc LX 185 , Vandoren B 45 mouth piece.
Any advice is most appreciated!!!

Similar markings to a Selmer replacement barrel (older vintage), but a Selmer barrel should have the logo stamped on it.

Your Barrel is maybe a Boosey and Hawkes barrel.... is it's shape really round ?
Boosey & Hawkes have a logo : " B&H London ". If it's not that have a look on this website : http://patriciam.free.fr/stamps/stamp.html
where you can find the origin of your barrel.
But anyway..... any barrel will fit on any clarinet... the important thing is that the diameter of the bore is the same as the clarinet's.... In this case... it will work properly.... then.... you will have to see if you like it..... A good barrel should help the tuning on high notes (especially above the high C) and should favour dynamics.... if you're able to produce an extremely soft sound without to much effort... and then being able to produce a really loud sound... without the read blocking the air flow.. then you have an excellent barrel....
The important thing is that the bore diametre is the same as the clarinet's..
