Buffet factory for repair

Anyone know if the Buffet factory in Jacksonville allows tours of the facility
and if they make appointments for clarinet repair? Thanks .

The factory in in France. This is their US distribution center/headquarters. You might want to give them a call. Oddly enough, Switchboard.com has them classified as a Restaurant! Must have to do with the name.
EDITED...that's a fax number in Switchboard.
