Within the last couple of years, one of the major symphonies (Chicago as I recall) posted the clarinet audition excerpts as a pdf file. It appears to have been taken down, though.
It may exist in the Internet Archive, but without a specific location, it's a long haul.

You can request that on the site imslp.org. IMSLP (International Music Score Library Project) is is a site dedicated to uploading Free public domain sheet music and to this date has reached 24,000 scores.
Its lucky you are in Canada because Prokofiev is out of copyright there!!

is the page for Prokofiev but they only have Symphony No1 at the moment... If you go onto the forums and request for Symphony No 4, you will have more of a chance of acquiring one there. Good luck!
