 keys ergonomics

I am very pleased with the sound of my metal clarinet, but I think that ergonomics could be improved, on this part of the instrument:

Obviously, it may be easier to play if the key, far right, would be closer from the other, and if the key, at the botom of the picture, would be a little longer. Like they are on more modern clarinets.
However, this is something that I can't try to do lightly, and I would like to know if somebody is abble to do this kid of modifications. Also, I'd like to have an dea of the cost of such a work.
