well i posted a post about a loose screw on my R-13 a while back and finally the company finally took it back and fixed it along with two loose tenon rings i am very pleased with their service (they took it on a tuesday and i had it by friday) but it did take them a little too long to initally take the horn but their work was very good

Hi Spencer;
When you say "company" are you refering to the store where you purchased the R13 or the Buffet corp.?
