Here's my situation. The community band I'm in has asked me to perform a solo that has band accompaniment. The director said "I'm thinking of something along the lines of a concerto movement. If the accompaniment is already available in a band arrangement, then great; if not, then I'll get to work on transcribing it." I'm a capable player--I never majored in music but I played with my college's top ensemble and continued to practice and keep up my skills. I'm now about two years out of school and have played with community bands.
Any suggestions for a piece that would easy enough for a community band but can still "show me off"? Thanks so much!

Try looking at the Weber Concertino band and solo clarinet edition by Carl Fischer. You can search for it at YouTube to gage the difficulty for your band.

Yeah...the Weber is nice for band accompaniment, because it has a variety of moods. If your band is really good, maybe Ticheli's Blue Shades would be nice, but it is more of an ensemble piece with a hot clarinet solo than a Clarinet Solo.
Other options:
Mozart Concerto
Stamitz Concerto (#3 in Bb)
Weber Concertos (instead of Concertino)
Williams Viktor's Tale (I think one of the service bands has done this, and may have info on the band accompaniment)

Another possibility might be the Barker Concertino for Clarinet and Band. There is a recording on the J.W. Pepper website.
For something in a lighter vein, there is Hermann's "Clarinet on the Town." You can listen to a recording here:

Finally, for something quite a bit lighter, Schreiner's "Immer Kleiner." For clarinet and band, here's Han Kim playing the piano reduction version (and no, the title does not refer to the size of the performer .

I'm sure there will be some other recommendations. A number of solos with orchestra have been arranged for band (e.g., the Weber Concertino and the Rossini "Introduction, Theme and Variations" to name a couple). This question has come up before so if you use the search function at the top of the page (try "solo clarinet band" without the quotes), you'll find works recommended in the past.
FWIW, music for the Reed and Barker should be available. Finding the other two might take more effort.

I played "Viktor's Tale" with a band last spring. The accompaniment for band
was not available at that time (Hal Leonard was evasive about when it
would be ready), but the director bought the orchestral parts and did a simple
transcription. It was fun and a crowd-pleaser.

When it comes to flashy, show-offy pieces, the Weber Concertino is it. It is a theme and variation that is very exciting to play. Learn it well because it can save your butt...trust me. I know that piece inside and out, by memory.

Artie Shaw concerto is transcribed for Band. The Mozart concerto is transcribed for band to be played on Both Bb or A. SMurray wrote:

Rabaud "Solo de Concours." It has a published band accompaniment.
Possibly also Messager - can't put my hands on this info just now, but I think it's also available for band - Southern Music Co.
