Source(s) for V12 bass clarinet reeds

The first question is: "Do they make Van Doren V12 reeds for bass clarinet?" The second question is: "Where can they be gotten from?"
And a third, completely unrelated question is: "Brasswind/Woodwind is out of stock on the Kooiman thumb rests. I've gotten over my penny pinching aversion and must have one. Who else sells these?"

Ken, first, Vandoren does not make V12 reeds for Bass clarinet. I have tried to get them, only to find out that they just don't make them. :-( Second, I would also like to know if anyone has tried a Kooiman thumbrest. I've thought about getting one, but am still undecided. So Ken, if you finally get one - please let me know how it works out for you. Thanks. -- Nate Zeien

THey must have made the V 12 at some time becuase I got some a few months ago.
