I currently live in Westchester. There might be someone who works on instruments around here, but since it's so close to Manhattan I'd recommend going into the city and getting someone to work on it. Perry Ritter is usually pretty fast, cheap, and does high quality work.

If you don't want to go into the city, try John Parrette in Orange County. He is the principal clarinetist of the West Point Band and does terrific work. His business is in Cornwall, NY (just outside of Newburgh) and is called Clarion Musical Services.
