Waterloo Academy/Dick Stabile Clarinet

Hi! A few years back someone purchased a clarinet for me from a pawn shop. The mouth piece says "special made for dick stable" and steel ebonite. I do not know anything about clarinets but i played one in junior high. The clarinet is imprinted with "Waterloo Academy" and the ONLY number on it is 1645. Any suggestions? is it worth anything? Any info at all would be great thanks:)
