 Is this a Chedeville?

I have reciently come across a 'piece with the Buffett stamp, one ligature line above the stamp, three below, a "C" to the right of the table and "FRANCE" to the left of the table. Hard rubber, very slightly brown.
Plays well except for a horrible chirp at the head of every note.

yes...it is made from Ched. blank.
Sounds like it needs to be refaced.
