carl nielsen clarinet competition in 2001

I was wondering if anyone has any info on this , or experience with this competition.

Well, as I understand it, the Nielsen concerto is the LAST part of the competition. There are actually many rounds: (I may be off here, but...) there is a "recital" round, where you play some stuff w/piano, and there might me a Mozart concert round, etc.... Sorry to be so vague, but it was years ago when I heard anything about this competition. Just know that it's a pretty intense competition, with many eliminating rounds. Good luck.
