I posted attachments containing the 6 day basic practice routine of scales and arpeggios which I give to my students.

Benedikt Hochstrasser was nice enough to convert it to a pdf file, which is now attached.

Many thanks! I am an adult player (8 years back in the game after 30 years off) looking for just this type of practice! I've been using it all week and am enjoying the challenge of jumping from one key to another. I also use Hanons and Baermann, and the combination of the three is giving me great experience. Now I am inspired to polish up on the theory of what exactly I'm doing...dominant 7th's, augmented chords, etc.

This board is a great source for growth! Thanks to all!
