I use songs a lot. I like to use the meandering line from "Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring" as a major scale warmup. It'll really wake you up in B and F#.
Dizzy Gillespie's "Bebop" makes a good minor warmup. I also like Dizzy tunes like "Old Man Rebop", "Ray's Idea", and "That's Earl, Brother" as ear warmups. They make very good puzzles to work. "Voices of Spring" also appeals to me in that vein.
