In the midst of our hectic lives and busy schedules, I think its important to just sit back for a few minutes everyday, and just listen. Listen to something beautiful.
Let beautiful music wash over you and enjoy.

This relates to Copland because the Concerto is one of my favorite pieces of all time. I am currently exploring it for the first time. The first movement is just breathtaking.

I just wanted to take this moment to spread the joy of music. =)

I'll second you there. Everything seems better when I have the Copland Concerto on.

Little wonder the Buffet folks used it as the background music to their website.

I totally agree! Whenever I'm stressed, I listen to this piece. If I don't have a CD available, I can hear it play in my head (when I really try) It was also a lot of fun to play.
