 Criterion clarinet

I recently acquired a clarinet with no markings but the word "CRITERION" in a circle of - - - - - - (the same pattern as the old Noblet used in a diamond shape) on the bell. Wood, no wear on key plating, nicely built, no serial numbers or other markings except name on bell, all parts appear to match; 7 ring, 18 key, articulated G#, L hand Eb-Ab key. I can't find any information about the manufacturer or when it was made.

johnmetcalf, I'm not exactly sure I found what you are talking about, but I found a clarinet while searching for E-flats on e-bay that has a similer marking. I could see thecircle of - - - - lines but I couldn't read what was inside the circle.
