(contra)bass vs soprano mouthpiece

Hi,

I play mostly contrabass clarinet, using an old Selmer C* and Vandoren #2, an open mpc with a soft reed. It plays very easily for me. I also tried bass once on an old Selmer C* with #2 reeds and again it plays very easily, very smoothly. Even double lipping is possible, I can really play (some) with the kind of sound I get.

But, on soprano, I struggle to find a mouthpiece that is just as easy. I really have to *work* on a soprano. Mainly the additional embouchure is troubling me. One reason is that I'm just lazy: if I know how easy it is on one instrument, I tend to put the harder one aside...
Now I play a Vandoren B45 with Vandoren #2 or 2.5. I'm told I should train to get to #3 at least but I don't play enough soprano to manage.
Is it possible to find soprano mouthpiece/reed combinations that plays 'more like a bass mpc'? Which mpcs do you suggest I should try? Or is it unavoidable that I need a lot more embouchure on a soprano?
