Howdy folks!
I wanted any suggestions for repertoire that you guys have heard or have played with clarinet and organ. I have some friends that have played the Mozart Concerto with organ successfully...apparently sounded terrific. But I'm certainly open to anything and would appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

At a memorial service I once performed the 2nd movement of the Mozart Concerto with church organ accompaniment.
It worked perfectly...GBK

Here in Bloomington, IN, I heard a performance of James Campbell playing the Mozart Concerto with organ once. It was a magnificent performance, and I think that there's even a CD of it around somewhere.
Also... I haven't heard it performed, but Alfred Prinz wrote a piece for clarinet and organ, entitled Preludium and Rondino.

I know someone who played the saint saens sonata with organ, apparently the 3rd slow mvt worked fantastically

Contact Steve Harlos at UNT. You'll find a link to his info and contact info at http://www.music.unt.edu
His name will be on the faculty quick list on the right side of the screen.
He wrote a piece that was premiered by John Scott at Clarinetfest in Utah a few years ago. Good piece...definitely worth a look.

Robert is way too modest to post this himself, so I'll do it for him. Here's a video of the fruits of all your suggestions:

(I competed against Robert in high school and am now colleagues with him in the Corpus Christi Chamber Orchestra and the CC Wind Symphony. He's a phenomenal player.)
