I gone through this myself. I gave up on finding a good combo. The problem was always that with combo devices, the metronome volume was not loud enough to be easily heard over my playing.

The smallest but loudest metronome I found is the Matrix MR-600. I carry it with me in my clarinet kit.

As for a tuner, there are probably several that will do. Just make sure the the display is good enough to work in different lighting conditions.
