 clarinet resources in perth, western australia?

hi there,

i've recently moved to perth, wa. actually i've moved to fremantle next door. it is lovely but i am missing the resources available in my home town london, uk.

can anyone please point me in the right direction for a skilled clarinet technician?
and also please a decent tutor?
