Gavotte et six doubles

I'm looking for JP Rameau's "Gavotte et six doubles"; there is (was?) a woodwind quintet arrangement by Ryohei Nakagawa, but apparently it is out of print.
I found the harpsichord score on the WIMA, but before I pester my band buddies to help me untangle the score -- does anyone in here have a pointer to a woodwind arrangement of that piece?

There is an arrangement of Yona Ettlinger for cl and Pn. You can find it in B&H.
