Hi Forum, Can I ask if anyone has ever used this company and how was their experience? I used their international site to make an order,but no goods arrived. I had paid the extra for the delivery insurance and had to wait 45 days, then be sent a form which I had to complete and return to the company in America. The second order was sent on 8th Jan and, suprisingly, still not arrived. I dont seem to be getting very far with the guy, Mark Crutchfield who is very rude and unhelpful. I have spoken to Citizens Advise but would prefer to get this just sorted. I cannot afford to just let this go as a really bad company. Anyone got any ideas?? Thanks.

I have used them for shipment to UK frequently and had no problems at all.

I'm in the US, but I've dealt with SaxPlus several times with no problems. I had to return a strap because of my own mistake, ordering the wrong one, but he was good about it and I only had to pay postage. Good prices too.

Thanks, Can youu tell me who you dealt with? The guy I seem to keep getting is Mark who seems to have a problem or two.

I think SaxPlus *is* Mark. Anyway, that's the only name I've seen associated with it.
