Good question.
I looked at my part and I had never made any corrections, so I most likely played D#.
However, upon checking the full score, the 2nd and 3rd trumpets are both playing D natural...GBK

If memory serves me, the part and the score have D# each time.
This is what is listed on the MOLA Errata list as prepared by the Fort Worth Symphony. The second part would need to be changed too, if you're going to change it to a D natural.
Rehearsal Measure
1 - 1 D s.r. Natural (fix score also)
1 2,4,5 D s.r. Natural (fix score also)
10 5 s.r. E (after grace notes)
I imagine "s.r." means "should read".
It sounds like there might be a mistake in the score and parts, or Copland really wanted the clash.

I'm inclined to think that the D sharps should all be D naturals, so that the Bb clarinets match the C naturals in trumpets and violins. I've seen a piano reduction of the piece, and it doesn't show a C sharp vs C natural clash anywhere.
