Richard.......try contacting Alex Laing of the Phoenix Symphony or the clarinet teachers at ASU.
Ass't professor of clarinet is Dr. Jana Starling, a very nice lady.

Um, if Jeff at Quick's Music on Central and Camelback still works there...he's great. Also check at Desert Winds....I hear they have a good tech.
