There isn't anybody I would trust with tuning my horns in Boston.
Make an appointment with Jimmy Yan or somebody at Roberto's in NYC and take the greyhound from Boston.
If you need mechanical/pad work done I like Gary Gorczyca.

You can try Albert Alphin. He is one of the sponsors of this BB. Look to the right under services. I had him do some work a few years ago and he did a good job.
If I were going to NY, I would go to Guy Chadash. You will find nobody who knows more about the acoustics and design of the clarinet. He can diagnose and fix a whole host of problems. He makes his own instruments and has all of the machines and tooling to do anything that needs to be done.
He did some tuning and adjustment on an A clarinet of mine a few years ago, taking what what an OK instrument and turned it into a fantastic clarinet. It now responds beautifully and is greatly in tune. You would never believe it is the same instrument.
