Fingerings above altissimo G, the one on the fourth leger line above the stave, are not standard because they depend on the clarinet. A fingering which works on one might be out of tune on another. They also play a lot easier on some clarinets than on other. The Woodwind Fingering Guide lists many different alternatives for these notes in the Alternative section. The best thing you can do is try them out until you get one that suits you. The guide is here on Sneezy at:

These notes are never "easily" accessible though some players can make them sound so. Not only do you need to find good fingerings, but the embouchure, breath support, and reed have to be close to perfect.

I've had good success with the standard fingers:
Bb--TR, LH) 2&3+ 1Ab &LDb. RH) LEb
B---TR, LH) 1&2. RH) 1&2 + LEb(sometimes add RH 1Ab if flat)
C---TR, LH) 1. RH) 1 * LEb

No bats in my neighborhood--EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Jennifer, these fingerings have worked for me for years, and they come from VERY reputable performers.
T=left thumb R=register key
Bb TR 123/123 1st finger left hand also opens throat Ab key, left hand little finger on left low f/C, right little finger on low Ab/Eb key.
B same,. but, pick up third finger in each hand.
C similar, 1/1 and throat A key, same little finger keys as Bb and B. If all fails, bite!!
