It's intuitively obvious that when one can be charged $47,000 for using the phrase "one cent" this issue is way out of control.

Maybe we can put an end to this nonsense by copyrighting the word "copyright"?

Good gosh [etc], Hans, it sounds like even "freedom of expression" is far from free. I just didn't realize that we were this entangled in "beauricratick overkill". Perhaps thats why our kids talk so dern fast and in monosylabbles, maybe all words of consquence are owned/taken. HELP, Don
