 Rose Etude #24 question

Hello. I need some help on the Rose Etude #24, page 24.
I think it starts about three lines from the end. I'm having trouble with the octave line. Are there any suggestions as to improve this? I can play it, but the higher note is short and I want to be able to play the line smoothly.
