Just discovered that Deutsche Grammophon now has their entire catalog (I think) for sale online, as 320k DRM-free MP3s. Lots of cool stuff, and a reasonably intuitive search feature.

At an average $12/album, it's not terribly cheap, but not outlandish either. In any case, it's nice to have a 320k DRM-free option for some great music.

This looks like an excellent alternative to the rather thin selection at the local record store. There's plenty of stuff here that even Amazon doesn't have. The downloads are pretty hefty, but the sound quality is essentially indistinguishable from CD.
What a great site! Thanks for letting us know about it.
