 Small Diameter of Morgan mpc's
Author: kfrank1

My teacher noticed that the Morgan 110 mpc I use has a slightly smaller diameter than the barrel of my Series 9 clarinet and said it looked like a C clarinet mpc. I think I read somewhere that it could be used for both Bb and C. I guess any Bb mpc could be.

Has anyone else noticed this? Just curious.

My Morgan RM-06 is the first mouthpiece I've owned that played well in tune on A, Bb and C clarinets.

I talked to Ralph about cl. mouthpieces once and he said that the small bore is for good tuning, and that the small bore he makes used to be the norm.
